Human Life & Dignity
All life is sacred, for every human person is created in the image and likeness of God. The Office of Human Life and Dignity seeks to defend and advocate for every human life from the moment of conception to natural death. With guidance from the U.S Catholic Bishops, we seek to promote this truth through education, pastoral care, advocating for every human life in public policy, and prayer and worship.
Project Rachel
Project Rachel, a compassionate and confidential ministry, extends God’s unconditional love and forgiveness to women and men who experience the tragedy of abortion. By offering a safe place for those suffering to be reconciled with God and his Church, Project Rachel helps those suffering after abortion experience mercy, forgiveness, and peace.
Birthline
Birthline is a ministry that provides material assistance to pregnant women and mothers of infants. Our mission is to support every pregnant and parenting mother. We hope that every mother knows that she is not alone, she is worthy of love and support, and she is a gift to the community. We serve approximately 1300-1500 clients each year and are continually growing!
Corrections Ministry
The mission of Corrections Ministry in the Archdiocese of Indianapolis is to create an environment of trust through a lens of Catholic social teaching by witnessing the Gospel to the incarcerated, formerly incarcerated and victims/families, through healing and mentoring processes. The Archdiocese is committed to actively engaging parishes and parishioners to educate and advocate for policies that help reduce violence and provide for the pastoral needs of all affected by crime.
Hospice & Palliative Care
This ministry is focused on providing education and resources on end-of-life topics including hospice and palliative care to individuals in a manner that is consistent with Church teaching and promotes the sanctity of life. Learning how to face this last stage of our earthly lives is one of the most important and meaningful things each of us will do. Effective care and end of life planning allows individuals to attend to the unfinished business of their lives and to arrive at a sense of peace with God, with loved ones, and with themselves.

Marriage & Family Life
The Marriage & Family Life Office exists to promote the Vocation, Restoration, and Mission of the Family. We accomplish this through formation, retreats, support groups, and resources so that couples are well formed for the vocation of marriage and family, instruction for Natural Family Planning is readily accessible, support and renewal opportunities are available at the diocesan and parish levels, and families have the resources to become disciples and live their mission to build the Kingdom of God.

Natural Family Planning (NFP) reflects the dignity of the human person within the context of marriage and family life, promotes openness to life, and recognizes the value of the child. By respecting the love-giving and life-giving nature of marriage, NFP can enrich the bond between husband and wife.
